We have seen a rise in shoplifting offences in the eastern area of Hemel Hempstead (Adeyfield, Grovehill and Highfield),which we think may be linked to specific address being used by class A users/dealers. 

We continually monitor our indices to identify such places, however, we really do rely on local people to tell us what is happening in their street.

If you suspect that a dwelling in your area is being used for such purposes, please let us know, and together with our Partner agencies, we will take action where we can.
